Prior to co-founding Long Market Daniel handled acquisitions and development for Seligman Western in San Francisco, a family office. During his 13 years at Seligman, Daniel closed over $600 million in capital transactions where he oversaw the underwriting, financing and asset management of the portfolio.
Daniel has acquired retail and office assets in San Francisco, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas and Southern California. Due to the hands-on operational environment at Seligman Western Daniel gained experience with ground up development and entitlements along with extensive management and leasing. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
Before co-founding Long Market Property Partners, Justin worked in San Francisco as a Vice President at Seligman Western Enterprises on capital transactions and asset management across several west coast markets. During his time there, he completed over $425 million of office and retail acquisitions and recapitalizations in California, Texas, Nevada and Hawaii. Additionally, he was responsible for the asset management of a 1.6 million square foot, 8 property office/retail portfolio.
Before joining Seligman Western, Justin worked at Lowe Enterprises focusing on the leasing, marketing and operations of the iconic Transamerica Pyramid portfolio in San Francisco. Prior to his time at Lowe, Justin worked in the capital markets group at Jones Lang LaSalle where he helped execute various investment sales, debt placement, and advisory assignments for institutional and corporate clients. Justin holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business..
